I am delighted to be working with a well-established law firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team on a permanent basis at their Blackburn office.
On offer for this role is a salary ranging from £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience level working in a close-knit team. Working hours are 8.45am-5.15pm with some potential flexibility on this for the right candidate.
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload residential conveyancing matters through to completion. Dealing with clients and customers regularly, so excellent communications skills is essential as well as a high level of administrative skill.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years current experience working in a conveyancing department as a fee earner, experience in handling a caseload of Sale and Purchase in leasehold and freehold matters is highly desirable however some training is on offer for the right candidate.
