Clayton Legal are seeking to hire a highly qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to become part of our thriving and highly regarded Litigation Department based in Leamington Spa.

Clayton Legal are seeking to hire a highly qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to become part of our thriving and highly regarded Litigation Department based in Leamington Spa.
Role:
- Handle a broad spectrum of litigation cases, including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, contentious probate matters, property and contract disputes, with appearances in both County and High Courts.
- While experience in construction disputes is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
- Possess either a strong background in estate agency law or be eager to acquire expertise in this field.
- Act as a senior team member within our existing team, benefiting from secretarial support, and foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and offering guidance to team members.
- A pre-existing client base would be considered a valuable asset.
- Demonstrate a commitment to generating new business and facilitating cross-referrals to other departments.
- An exceptional litigator and a certified, seasoned solicitor.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills, efficiency, and proficiency in using computer tools and technology.
- Displays a genuine desire for personal and professional growth.
- Capable of effective communication with clients, colleagues, and support staff.
- Exhibits ambition, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude, ready to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of both the Litigation Department and the entire firm.
- Possesses a friendly and diligent demeanor and maintains a solid billing history.
