Advanced Practitioner - Exploitation - Up to £ 48,253- Non Caseholding

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their newly established Multi Agency Exploitation team. The ideal candidate will be keen to work as part of a specialist, multi-agency team to tackle exploitation faced by children up to the age of 18.

This position offers the opportunity to work from home flexibly, which will allow you to completely manage your own caseload & diary, giving you a greater work life balance.

This is a non case-holding position, meaning you will be able to carry out your work without the need for visits or any long term holding of cases, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.

Responsibilities you will hold include -

• Support and develop practitioners to deliver sound, systemic practice which achieves positive well-being and safety outcomes for those at risk.
• Aid in the transformation of social work practice and supporting the implementation of risk and safety planning.
• Support the team manager in supervision of ASYE & less experienced social workers.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• 3+ years experience within children's services.
