NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the South West of England who are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Family Support Service- full time or part time. The ideal candidate will strive towards the best possible outcomes for service users and aim to hit the ground running in this close knit & supportive team.

Responsibilities of this position include;

• Work with children, families & carers to help them understand their circumstances, to enable them to work together to provide the best possible outcome for those in their care.
• Provide evidence based assessments i.e. Parent Assessments, S47 enquiries, Contact Assessments & Risk Assessments.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience working in Children's Services
