Senior Supervising Social Worker- Non Profit-Home Based (Permanent)

Salary: £35,800 - £39,800 + £750 Homeworking Allowance

NonStop's client, in the West Midlands , is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their non-profit fostering agency as a Senior Supervising Social Worker.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
• Provide support and advise for foster carers
• Manage a case of around 10 foster carers in and around Coventry

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
• Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally at least 2 years
