Mirror is a fun, fast paced Field Marketing agency. We are a small privately owned company with a 'family' feel, our aim is to be the best at what we do, not the biggest! Quite simply, we work with brands to get products visible in retail stores, which involves our team merchandising, distributing, auditing, selling or sampling brands & their products. We put the product in front of consumers so they can buy it.

What are the role responsibilities?

The primary function of the Retail Field Representative is to ensure store visits are completed where we have gaps in coverage and support with more complex merchandising tasks.

This is a critical role within our business and can almost be viewed as an 'Emergency Service' to trouble shoot and fix issues for our clients.

We are seeking a conscientious team player to join our field team on a full-time basis. There is lots of variety and no two days are ever the same at Mirror, so if you are looking for a challenge then this is the place to be!

The Retail Field Representative Role is not dedicated to a specific Brand / Client and will support a range of activities across the business. This is an important role within our business and can almost be viewed as an 'Emergency Service' to troubleshoot and fix issues in store.

You will be required to visit stores and generally help out to cover your patch (South East England). You will be provided with a company vehicle (Likely a small van) and a mobile phone to enable you to do your work.

The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Visiting stores within a defined territory to carry out merchandising and auditing checks on behalf of Mirror clients in a professional manner.
• Providing feedback to the relevant Account Manager regarding any challenges during visits and suggestions to help overcome these.
• Carrying out demonstrations in a defined territory to sample and sell products on behalf of Mirror clients.
• Carrying out sales visits into Convenience stores on behalf of Mirror clients.
• Covering work in other areas that other reps have dropped or that have been left un-booked when required - this could be anywhere within the UK. Due to the nature of the work this can occasionally involve staying away overnight.
• Accurately inputting data and photographs onto a web reporting system after every visit.
• Supporting other teams within the business with coaching and training of staff within Mirror.
• Supporting other teams within the business with Management of Tactical staff where required.
• Any other tasks as deemed reasonable for example, sometimes we work in the warehouse to put together packs to go out to the field team or we have storage units to be maintained.
• The role is varied and changes are frequently made to journeys and plans.

About you:

• Driving Licence - Held for a minimum or 12 months and no more than 6 points (required)
• Previous Field Merchandising Experience is not required, however a background in retail would be ideal. (Although not essential).
• Has good attention to detail and is able to follow written guidelines.
• Takes pride in their work with an eye for making things look tidy and attractive.
• Enjoys Variety!
• Happy to talk to people.
• Enjoys driving - This can take up quite a lot of your day on occasions.
• Flexible, plans change frequently!
• A good of IT literacy would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Able to represent our clients in a professional manner.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
