JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer based in Tameside to join a growing team on a large static contract (3 buildings all within walking distance). They are looking for an experienced engineer from an Electrical or Mechanical background who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.

This role is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Week 1 is 7am - 3pm. Week 2 is 10am - 6pm. Overtime and on call is available.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Repair and replace fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults
• AP Duties
• Go to person for M&E queries
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with client and contractors on site

Requirements for the role

• Experienced Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications / background
• Multi Skilled
• Reliable and can work as a team

On offer is a salary from £33,770 + holidays. Overtime and on call is also available.
