Admin Assistant (Temporary)
Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for an admin / receptionist for cover work for their client. The role will be commencing from the 21st of March and taking you into May with work.
Duties will be (but not limited to):
- Answering incoming calls and transferring the calls to relevant departments
- Taking messages and ensuring those messages are received by the relevant person / department
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Updating attendance registers
- Preparing Transfer Documents and Deeds of Variations for signing
- Ensuring deliveries received to the office are collected and removed from Reception
Working hours: 9am - 5pm & 1pm - 5pm
