Supervising Social Worker (Permanent)

Pay: £36,000 + £4,200 car allowance

NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their therapeutic fostering agency on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with foster carers
• Support a caseload of foster carers throughout the West Midlands ensuring the highest standards of care are met
• Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• A driver
• Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
• Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
