An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and reliable Caretaker to join our client's team on a contract basis, overseeing maintenance and security across four schools in Wolverhampton. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing maintenance tasks across four schools in Wolverhampton.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the premises.
• Conducting routine inspections and addressing repairs promptly.
• Collaborating with the facilities management team to coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols to guarantee a secure working and learning environment.

Requirements for the Caretaker Role:

• Previous experience as a Caretaker or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a secure and well-maintained environment.
• Enhanced DBS is mandatory for this role.
• Full-time availability.
