Home based Supervising Social Worker - £45,000

NonStop Care is working with one of the national fostering providers in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis in the Kent area.

They offer a very good salary that can get up to £45,000 per annum. They also offer the flexibility to work from home, so you will have a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be part of an Independent Fostering Agency with a very good reputation and a Good Ofsted rating. The Supervising Social Worker will hold a small caseload of foster families, located between Ashford and Folkestone.

This role is available due to internal promotion, so you will be taking over an existing caseload. The foster families are stable and some of the visits can be done virtually.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
