Youth Support QSW- Up to £42ph - Hybrid -Outstanding Ofsted

NonStop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted local authority in the South East who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Youth Support team. The ideal candidate will be keen to work with young people aged 11-17 & will utilise skills across exploitation & youth justice. Experience working in a Looked After Children setting or direct exploitation or youth justice experience.

This position offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you the chance to maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home & manage your own caseload and diary, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance.

This position allows you to work within a local authority that has achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating, meaning they provide high levels of diligence & aid to those under their care through a well tested framework, which will ultimately increase your work satisfaction.

Responsibilities you will hold in this position include;

• Work with young people aged 11-17 & their families.
• Undertake direct work with those at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation.
• Work closely with Support Workers, Social Work Assistants & other Social Workers to have the best possible impact on the lives of service users.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• Experience working in a Youth offending, Child Sexual Exploitation or Looked After Children setting.
• An up to date DBS check
