Randstad are recruiting for an experienced finance administrator to join the finance team at Belfast Metropolitan College.

Requirements

  • 1 years experience in a finance administration role
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • IT Literate in all MS office packages
  • Enhanced vetting is required for these roles including an Enhanced Access NI check

Duties

  • Administration
  • Produce a range of reports on excel and disseminate
  • Develop and populate budget templates
  • Assist in collating and consolidating returns
  • Assist with preparation of staffing budgets
  • Post journals and budget transfers
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors as required
  • Input data and records into the financial system
  • Assist in the processing of invoices and other financial transactions
  • Process and maintain financial transactions and records
  • Respond to written and telephone queries
