Finance Administrator (Ongoing Contract)
Randstad are recruiting for an experienced finance administrator to join the finance team at Belfast Metropolitan College.

Requirements
- 1 years experience in a finance administration role
- GCSE Maths and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT Literate in all MS office packages
- Enhanced vetting is required for these roles including an Enhanced Access NI check
Duties
- Administration
- Produce a range of reports on excel and disseminate
- Develop and populate budget templates
- Assist in collating and consolidating returns
- Assist with preparation of staffing budgets
- Post journals and budget transfers
- Liaise with internal and external auditors as required
- Input data and records into the financial system
- Assist in the processing of invoices and other financial transactions
- Process and maintain financial transactions and records
- Respond to written and telephone queries
