Personal Advisor - Children in Care - Hybrid - Up to £20ph

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the North West of England, who are looking for an experienced Personal Advisor to join their Children in Care service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children & families and will strive towards obtaining the best possible outcomes for service users.

This position offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home & completely manage your own diary, meaning you'll create a fantastic work life balance.

In this position you'll work very closely with social workers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users which will in turn maximise your job satisfaction.

Some duties & experience you will need include;

• Relevant paid or unpaid experience of working with care leavers within a social care setting or similar.
• Experience of providing support services to young people leaving Care
• Experience of behavioural work with children / young people and their carers
• Knowledge of safeguarding children issues
• Have the ability to communicate clearly with children, young people, parents and other professionals
• Have the ability to work with a range of professionals and engage in Multi-disciplinary work

Requirements:

• A full clean drivers licence & access to a vehicle.
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience in Children's Services
