Supervising Social Worker-Home Based (Permanent)

£36,000 with £4,200 car allowance

NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their therapeutic fostering agency on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work with an agency with an incredibly child centred approach, giving you greater job satisfaction knowing you will be making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

Along with this, hey are also offering a fully home based role with travel to foster carers and for occasional meetings. This gives you the opportunity to have an incredibly flexible schedule that is catered to your needs allowing for a great work life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with foster carers
• Support a caseload of foster carers within Herefordshire and Worcestershire ensuring the highest standards of care are met
• Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• A driver
• Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
• Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
