CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Turning) (Permanent)

Job Title: CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator

Location: Tewkesbury

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent. 39 hours per week Monday - Thurs 8-5pm Friday 8-1pm

The role:

Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a CNC Setter Operator (turning) to join Colt Precision Ltd in Tewkesbury.

We're a small team with big potential and are looking to some-one who is passionate and self-motivated to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• In this role, you will be involved in setting and operating our Doosan Lynx 2100 CNC Lathes Manufacturing parts for the Medical, Defence and General Engineering Industries.
• With this exciting opportunity you will also get a chance to programme and be involved in lean manufacturing projects helping to shape the future of our business.

Essential Experience from Candidate:

• Time served and / or apprentice trained Machinist.
• Experience of Fanuc controls
• Team Player
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving

Desirable:

• Experience of programming Fanuc controls
• Experience of programming with fusion 360 or One CNC
