Production Operative (Temporary)
Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for Production Operatives to work for their client, based in Halebank in Widnes.
The business is family-run and this role has genuine opportunities for permanent contracts and progression.
The job role will include:
* Machine-operating
* Line-feeding
* Quality-checking
* Packing
* General hygiene duties
* Completion of paperwork
* Awareness of product standards/specifications
Applicants must have:
* Previous experience of working in a production environment
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work as part of a team to tight deadlines
* Knowledge of food hygiene and health safety
Hours available currently are:
* 4 days out of 5 Monday- Friday 6am-3pm
This equates to 36 basic hours per week over 4 days
There are also excellent opportunities to work on the day not scheduled
Pay: starts £10.42 per hour, this will increase to £11.44 per hour on the 1st of April and will be reviewed after completion of all training on site
