Supervising Social Worker (Permanent)

Salary: £34,000-£40,000

NonStop's client, based in the beautiful Herefordshire area, is currently seeking determined and motivated social workers to join their small and highly regarded therapeutic agency.

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing foster carers, ensuring the well-being and development of children in care.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible
• Manage a caseload in the Herefordshire area.
• Responsible for assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
• Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
