Social worker- Children in care - Island

NonStop is currently is currently working with a beautiful island authoritg in the South east who are looking an Experienced Social Worker to join their Children in care team.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include: To hold a protected case load of the more complex and sensitive Looked After Children cases and deal with them effectively and efficiently to ensure that complex needs are identified, risk assessments are regularly updated and care plans are in place to meet identified needs.

To work in partnership with peers across the service and represent the service to external agencies, including court attendance, to ensure that care plan meets the needs and safety of the child.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2 years post-qualified experience ideally within LAC/Children in care Experience. You will have a Social Work Degree and a driving license.
