Salary: €13.22 per hour

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 6 to 10 hours (Monday, Saturday, Sunday)

We are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to join our team at our band new site in Coventry City Centre. The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, reliable, flexible and have previous experience of cleaning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming and mopping hard floor areas
• Vacuuming carpets and furnishings
• Cleaning, wiping, dusting, and polishing of surfaces, fittings, fixtures, and furniture
• Empty waste bins, removing rubbish to collection areas
• Cleaning toilet areas fittings and fixtures
• Clean internal glazing to keep substantially free from dirt, marks, and deposits
• Securing the windows in all unoccupied areas, if required
• Responsibility for all keys held for access purposes & ensuring their safe return (if required)
• Security of the cleaning store
• Reporting all accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences to Manager/ Supervisor
• Attending training and meetings as arranged and directed
• Wear protective clothing and uniform as issued

Key Skill and Experience:

• At least 1-year cleaning experience
• Able to use own initiative and work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Highly organised and good time management
• Articulate and professional attitude to work, with a lively personality
• Be reliable and responsible

All cleaning products and equipment will be supplied by AT Management.
