We are delighgted to be working in partnership with a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality services to improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve. We are currently seeking a Temporary AP Finance Assistant to join the team in Hull. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the finance department, assisting with various accounts payable tasks to ensure efficient financial processes within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices accurately and promptly
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with month-end procedures
• Maintaining precise records and documentation
• Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts payable role is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters
