Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of Stress at Work claims, with potential involvement in other psychiatric illness matters.
  • Handle complex multi-track personal injury cases stemming from stress at work, under supervision.
  • Undertake fee-earning tasks, contributing to the firm's profitability.
Essential Experience:
  • Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years' fee-earning experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in litigated personal injury cases, including Industrial Disease and/or Clinical Negligence.
Desired Experience:
  • Familiarity with Employment Tribunal cases or a solid understanding of employment law.
  • Experience working with vulnerable clients.
  • Proficiency in using the Proclaim case management system.
