Corporate Affairs Associate, Remote contract across UK, Pharma (Contract)

Responsibilities:

- Drive key activities to support the Corporate Affairs strategy
- Contributing to external corporate communication activities, including Employer Value Proposition (EVP), Disease Awareness, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives
- Maintaining the corporate website and contributing to the development and activation of other external digital corporate communication tactics as needed
- Content creation to support internal communication requirements (e.g., intranet and SharePoint copy, emails, digital signage, images, video, animations, Viva Engage posts, podcasts, etc.)
- Implement staff engagement initiatives and internal communication programs
- Contribute to external communication activities such as EVP and CSR initiatives
- Monitoring of shared mailboxes (UK & Ireland Communications, Connect, FlexSpace)
- Maintenance of team resources (e.g., Microsoft Teams channel, OneDrive folders) and processing of financial documentation via the ACCP as required (e.g., POs/SAP)

Requirements:

- strong Previous experience in Corporate Affairs or related field
- Strong communication and content creation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
