Locum Senior Supervising Social Worker- Part Time (Contract)

Rate: 32p/hr

NonStop's client, based in North Wales, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their therapeutic, non-profit fostering agency as a locum Senior Supervising Social Worker on a part time basis.

This non profit organisation that is dedicated to putting the well-being of foster families and social workers at the forefront of their practice. They are also offering a chance to be fully home based. This allows you the opportunity to have an incredibly flexible schedule while, at the same time, still creating a good team atmosphere as they will get together throughout the month when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
• Provide support and advise for foster carers
• Manage a small caseload in North Wales

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
• Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally at least 2 years
