About the role:

Successful Candidates will work in our ramp handling division, playing a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the airport and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, passengers and cargo.

We are seeking someone who is dedicated and detail-oriented, and who can work well in a structured team environment to solve problems as and when they arise while complying with airport and company regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring safe and precise positioning
• Operate ground service equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts, in a safe and responsible manner
• Perform aircraft servicing tasks, including cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, and water replenishment
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including aircraft marshalling signals and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and airline partners

Candidates must have:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• A valid UK driver's license
• Have an in-date background check or be willing to submit to a background check prior to beginning the probationary period

Our Ideal Candidate would also have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an international airport
• Proficiency in English (not strictly required)
