Home based Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA

salary package up to £42,725 per annum

NonStop Care is looking for a Senior Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the London area, on a permanent basis.

This is a fully home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility. Since covid, they have worked from home and it works very well for them, so they are going to continue working remotely. This means you will not be linked to an office, reducing your travel.

You will be joining a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

They are therapeutic and they provide ongoing therapeutic training, allowing you to enhance your skills within therapeutic fostering.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to about 10 - 12 foster families, located in East, West, North London and Essex.

They have 4 weekly supervision with the foster carers, every other visit can be virtual if the placement is settled but if unsettled the face to face visits should be 4 weekly. The unannounced visits are also face to face.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Social Worker or a Senior Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
