We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our client as a Field Service Engineer in nuclear medicine imaging systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of their installed base customers by providing exceptional field service support for their machines.

Position Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support to the field service organization, addressing product issues related to software, firmware, networking, and clinical applications. Your duties will include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, offering technical support to sales and applications teams, and collaborating with various internal departments such as supply chain, production, and R&D.

Your Profile

• 2 - 5 years' experience in servicing and troubleshooting electrical/electronic equipment, preferably within the medical imaging sector
• Knowledge of CT and nuclear medicine would be advantageous
• Strong technical skills in handling computer software installations and upgrades, as well as electronic-mechanical assembly
• Ability to work autonomously with approximately 50-60% travel required
• Ideally, candidates with a background in the medical field, particularly in imaging or hospital environments
