Working Hours: 47.5 hours per week

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to lead the industrial cleaning team within our Kemsley Paper Mill facility, ensuring all work is completed to a standard set out by our clients with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating members of the industrial cleaning team, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely manner
• Ensuring all duties and work is completed to a standard set by our client with maximum efficiency
• Performing audits in line with customer Key Performance Indicators
• Implementing delivery of the workplace 5S regime to improve workplace efficiency
• Ensuring all members of the industrial cleaning team are wearing correct PPE and have the equipment to perform their tasks
• Checking and emptying bins and ensuring all bins are allocated as per Paper Mill requirements
• Use of high-pressure water cleaning equipment
• Removal of any loose broken paper and spillages within the basement area
• Dusting, vacuuming and use of floor scrubbers at machine level
• General cleaning and deep cleans as required
• Working in and supervision of confined spaces
• Working in and supervision of working at height and site cranes
• Bobcat and Forklift operation
• As well as supervising you will be required to undertake general cleaning duties to support your team.
