Owing to growth a leading global financial services company are looking for an experienced (Mandarin and/or Dutch-speaking Recruitment to join their team for an initial 6 months.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating phone screening,video and onsite interviews for candidates in EMEA region.

 Update and maintain recruitment applicant tracking system (JobVite and others)
ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.

Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates.

 Delivering a great recruiting experience for all candidates.

 Working collaboratively with Hiring Managers and Recruiters on cross-
functional teams globally.

Performing administrative duties to support the Candidate Experience, Recruiters and Recruiting team.

 Additional Talent project work as required

 Minute taking/compiling forms for briefings

Skills/Requirements:

 Experienced as a Recruitment Coordinator

 Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic

 Excellent communicator- verbal and written

 High collaboration & team orientated

 Have data analytical skills

 Passion for Internal Talent/Recruitment


The successful candidate will be an experienced, resilient internal recruiter with a desire to enhance recruitment skillset.
