Process Operator (Permanent)

Days are 5 days of 8 hours or 4 days of 10 hours
Nights are 12 hours nights working 3 nights in a row - so Mon - Wed or Tues - Thurs, 40 hours paid!
As the Process Operator will be responsible for:
- setting and operating equipment
- following standard operating procedures
- conducting quality checks
- troubleshooting equipment issues as needed
- performing clean down operations
- monitor process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods
- record data
- clean downs of machinery for next run
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a process operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
