The Client:
My client are a fast-paced firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. Located in Liverpool, they pride themselves in their innovative approach and dedication to client satisfaction.

Role Overview:
To fulfil the Residential Conveyancer role successfully, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of approximately 70-80 residential matters. These cases will primarily involve sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold files, with additional responsibilities including remortgage and transfer of equity cases.

This is a full time, permanent position and the firm offer a competitive salary, hybrid working arrangements after a 4-week settling-in period, growth with your conveyancing career with a possible managerial position in the future.

• Handle a caseload of residential matters efficiently and accurately.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• Ensure thoroughness and attention to detail in all aspects of casework.
• Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Requirements:

The Candidate:

Ideally you will hold at least 5 years fee earning experience within residential property, my client is welcoming candidates who are qualified and unqualified their priority is an individual who can go in and hit the ground running and be confident seeing the file through efficiently.
