NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in West Yorkshire area who are looking for a Practice Supervisor to join their Safeguarding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring & supporting Social Workers and be excited to join their close knit, well structured team.

This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to completely manage your own diary, maximising your time at home to create a fantastic work-life balance.

This position offers the chance to hold a reduced caseload, meaning you will be able to carry out your work with service users in a more dedicated fashion, having less pressure on yourself & ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.

Some responsibilities of this role include;

• Supporting the Team Manager in the delegating & overseeing of day to day aspects of the team
• Supporting & giving advice to Social Workers holding difficult cases
• Ensuring that Social Workers on the team are understanding & hitting their required targets
• Showing comprehension of your own targets within the team

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• Post qualified experience working within children's services
