My client is currently recruiting a 3+ years’ experience Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their highly regarded Wills and Probate team based in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will have experience in working on a broad range of private client matters specialising in a caseload of Probate, Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax, LPAs and Wills. You will have strong organisation skills, attention to detail and drafting skills and will possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will also have well-developed client care skills, are personable and confident and should enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues.

- Competence and experience in handling Private Client law matters.
- Demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate complex legal matters into a commercially astute and understandable format
- Maintain efficient systems to diarise and ensure all deadlines are met
- Run legal matters in an organised and efficient manner ensuring client document, advice history and time recording/billing processes are undertaken and recorded in accordance with firm procedures.
