Our client is dedicated to safeguarding buildings from the detrimental impacts of water. As passionate problem solvers, their mission is to guarantee that their customers adhere to the latest HSE guidelines for legionella control, ensuring the safety of their people.

As a primary point of contact for new and existing business, your friendly and professional demeanour is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll actively manage various workstreams within sales, from handling enquiries and preparing quotes to contract renewals. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role demands personal organisation, discipline, and a genuine interest in compliance, coupled with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

This full-time permanent position, based in Thornbury, offers a competitive salary and a profit-related bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes.

* Execute sales processes with meticulous attention to detail.

* Cultivate positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Learn and apply the fundamentals of legionella control.

* Balance essential sales admin with sales generation.

About You:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

* Experience in B2B sales.

* Proven track record of generating business.

* Excellent administration and organisational skills.

* High-level IT skills in Microsoft Office 365.

* Post 16 qualification essential Degree (desirable)

Package & Benefits:

* Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum dependant on skills and experience (OTE approx. £30,000 per annum).

* Company profit-related bonus scheme.

* 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (increasing with service).

* Holiday buyback scheme.

* Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, 37.5 hours per week.

* Full and ongoing technical training provided.
