JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Assistant required for a maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance on a large site in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for reliable Maintenance Assistant who has roofing experience to join the growing team.
This role will be a long term ongoing contract with the view to going permanent. 40 hours a week 8am - 430pm, Monday-Friday. Long term, secure work. Weekly pay. Opportunity for overtime paid at x1.5 of normal rate.
The ideal candidate will have a roofing background. Groundworks and flagging experience also desirable.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Basic maintenance repairs including minor roofing repairs
Assisting skilled tradesmen
Groundworks
Flagging
Undertake general labouring duties as directed by the supervisor
General maintenance duties around the site

This role is due to start straight away following an interview. This is a temp to perm role (long term work).
