Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Bricklayer's Labourer for a short-term renovation project at a prestigious golf centre in Coventry, West Midlands. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with bricklaying experience, as you will be assisting skilled bricklayers in enhancing the facilities and overall ambience of the golf centre. The project starts on 15th April 2024 and has a duration of 3 weeks, providing immediate work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct support to skilled bricklayers by assisting with laying bricks, mixing mortar, and preparing materials
  • Ensuring work areas are clean, organised, and prepared for construction activities
  • Handling and transporting materials efficiently to aid in project progression
  • Following instructions from the bricklayers and contributing positively to the team's productivity
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card is mandatory
  • Previous experience in bricklaying or bricklaying labouring is essential
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks related to bricklaying
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn from skilled professionals
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance
