Referral & Assessment Social Worker - Hybrid -London

This permanent hybrid role allows you to work flexibly to support referral and assessment for children in the area through a 'GOOD' Ofsted service.

A Local authority in South London is hiring for a full time Referral & Assessment Social Worker to help their team through initial assessment through a capped caseload of up to 20 cases, with an average of 15.

Key Duties include:

Caseload of children and young people between 0 - 18 years, and their families

Visit and interview clients to assess

Manage workload independently

Report to develop care plans
