You will be working for a well-established Facilities Management company who want to support you to develop and progress in your career.
The role:
You will be working on a Social Housing contract and will be managing the Planned works. As the Site Manager, you will be a key part to the team and will manage the day to day activities whilst maintaining a high level of Health and Safety. Furthermore, you will be responsible for all the quality control, compliance, snagging surveys and undertaking small repairs.
