I am recruiting for a Customer Service Associate that speaks an additional European language for one of my clients within the financial space.

Please do know if you don't speak fluently English and an additional European language.

They are looking for someone from a customer care background, with 1-2 years customer service experience, dealing with cases, on phone half the day, admin and e-chat and case management other half. Cases consist of technical issues, payment issues, complaints, support - all round customer service and ensuring success.


Scope of work:

Communication with clients via our phone system, live chat and shared mailboxes which includes working closely with a number of different teams ranging from our Relationship Manager's to our Compliance and Onboarding team

Range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks such as calculating rates and spreads and booking trades and payments for clients as well as manually entering them into our systems and assisting Relationship Managers with administrative trade tasks.

Adding clients' personal information to the system and helping the rest of the team with emails and data processing

Calling out to clients to obtain KYC (know your customer) information - updating this on systems

Running documents through verification checks to assist the compliance team with routine Account Reviews.

Helping migrate clients over to a new platform - assist with this and answer any queries that may arise

Candidates needed:

Finance grad/background/interest in financial services
1 year+ of customer service experience
Strong work ethic
Good communicator- verbal and written
Strong numerical skills
An interest in Financial Services would be preferred


hybrid :Tues,Thurs in the office
- Monday, Wednesday Friday - WFH

pay:£14 an hour
