Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Nailsea, BS48

Position Type: Temporary - Permanent

Salary Range: £20 - £25 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our clients team in Nailsea, BS48, for a temporary assignment lasting 6 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our facilities team, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems within a mixed office/manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned maintenance and reactive works on electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to address any electrical issues promptly.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a small facilities team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, with a focus on industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Available for an immediate start.
  • Flexible to work on-site and occasionally outside regular hours for urgent repairs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
