Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
- Advise clients on all aspects of property transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and liaise with all parties involved in transactions.
- Provide exceptional client service, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in commercial property law.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in commercial property transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
