Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Pre-finish Warehouse Operative to work with our exciting client at their Corse Lawn factory. As a Pre-finish Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, including spray equipment and small woodworking saws, filling and sanding to produce top-notch wood products in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Your typical day as a Pre-finish Warehouse Operative will involve sanding and filing of wood products. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the machinery to ensure it runs smoothly at all times.

As a member of the team, you will be working in a factory environment that is constantly buzzing with activity. This means you must be able to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively. While previous experience in a factory setting is beneficial, it is not a requirement but is preferred.

We are looking for someone who is a team player and can work well with others in a collaborative environment. You will be part of a close-knit team that values hard work and dedication. This is a physically demanding job, so you must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.

There will be a opportunity to process within the role into other area's of the business, if you have a passion for woodworking and a willingness to learn, they are happy to provide on-the-job training.
