About the Role:

As a Principal, you'll serve as a business, client, and staff leader. You'll direct major technical efforts, ensuring excellence and compliance with QA/QC procedures. Paramount to the role is successful client development and revenue generation. This position offers flexible work arrangements based on candidate location and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and expand our portfolio
• Lead key projects and mentor staff
• Serve as a key advisor to the Investigation and Remediation business director

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in engineering, hydrogeology, geology, or related field
• 15+ years of environmental engineering and consulting experience
• Proven track record in developing environmental consulting business
• Recognized expertise in investigation and remediation of contaminated sites and/or drinking water treatment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team

Salary Range:

$160,000 - $200,000 per year
