I'Anson Bros Ltd is one of the leading animal feed manufacturers in the UK, a family-owned company with a 124-year history and a forward-looking approach to business, serving a local, national, and international customer base. The headquarters is based in Masham, North Yorkshire, with an exciting new facility also nearing completion at Dalton, Thirsk.

With a focus on team spirit, we are looking for a self-motivated individual to be a part of the electrical and mechanical maintenance team.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician will include:

• Assisting in the electrical and mechanical maintenance on both sites
• Improving the company's high standards through preventative maintenance
• Providing cover with the small maintenance team for a 24-hour operation
• Working some weekend cover, which is part of the rotating call out pattern

The successful candidate will:

• Be self-efficient, enthusiastic and able to work effectively with minimum supervision
• Ideally be 17th/18th edition electrically trained
• Have previous experience in mechanical and electrical machine maintenance
• Ideally have PLC programming and fault-finding experience
• Be flexible to provide cover for 24-hour operation
• Able to work some weekend cover, which is part of the rotating call out pattern
