Our client, a leading player in the global silicone industry, is seeking a talented and organised individual to join their dynamic team as an Office Coordinator & Customer Service Representative (EMEA).

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the UK office, while also providing exceptional customer service to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Office Superhero: You'll be the go-to person for all things related to the UK office, from managing facilities and liaising with suppliers to processing invoices and overseeing administrative tasks for company benefits.
  • Customer Service Champion: You'll be responsible for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This includes order processing, communication, data management, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Logistics Liaison: You'll play a key role in import administration, customs clearance, and ensuring efficient delivery of goods within the UK.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in administration or coordination, ideally in an industrial setting.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and has excellent communication skills.
  • Is a problem-solver with a strong results-oriented mindset and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Has experience with B2B customer service and knowledge of key tools like SAP and Salesforce (a plus).

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with imports, transport, and logistics.
  • Understand French (a benefit).
