HR Executive (Full-time)
As a Junior HR Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and facilitating paperwork completion.
- Maintain employee records and databases accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support employee relations efforts by assisting in resolving employee queries, conducting exit interviews, and participating in disciplinary procedures as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and policy development.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
