Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interagency Collaboration: Work collaboratively with professionals/agencies to meet the needs of children, young people, and their families, including MASH Service, Police, and Education Services.
  • Duty Team Responsibilities: Act on referrals from the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Child Protection: Conduct Section 47 enquiries and complete Single Assessments.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Professionals: Hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England.
  • Experienced Candidates: Possess post-qualified experience and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Licensed Drivers: Hold a full UK driving license.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Care
  • Experience in children's safeguarding, including child protection, children in need, or children in care
  • Social Work England Registration
