Customer Service - Call Centre (Permanent)

We are currently recruiting for a number of German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading brand in Bristol.

As a German Customer Service Advisor you'll be the first point of contact for German customers, ensuring that excellent customer service is given every time.

Hours of Work:
Full time (37.5 hours 5/7 days. Monday- Friday 8am - 9pm and 9am - 7pm Saturday - Sunday.
Full flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:
* To professionally handle queries via a range of channels including: inbound calls and email.
* Provide customers with information and guidance in line with service standards
* Log all required details in the relevant databases
* Resolve and take case ownership of complaints were possible

Essential Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken German
* Fluent written and spoken English
* High attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work in targeted environment
* Positive attitude
* Contact Centre experience is preferable but not essential
