Club Host (Permanent)
Club Host - West Sussex - £20k - £25K
A prestigious leisure facility in West Sussex is looking for a Club Host to provide outstanding service to the members using the facility on a day to day basis.
You will be the face and heart of the business making sure every member has a 5* experience.
This will suit someone with an abundance of face to face customer service experience. Air Hostess, Red Coat, Blue Coat, Social host, Cruise Hosts etc.
The club prides itself on delivering exceptional service to its 2000+ members. You will be based in the reception and café area of the club making sure every member has the best possible experience and gets best use of the facility. For many you will be providing a sound board and go to person in the club.
This is a new and stands alone position and integral to the success of the business. Typical working hours will be 8-3 Mon-Fri, but will need some flexibility to assist with events
You Must Have:
- A very warm and welcoming nature
- Personality to light up any room
- Ability to mix with their core membership which is over 50.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate themselves during quieter times
- Ability to provide a bespoke service to every individual member remembering preferences and specific needs
- Desire to keep the reception and café area to a high level of organised and tidy
- A natural flair for outstanding customer service
Desirable:
- Food and Beverage Experience
- Creative mind and able to use Photoshop
- Events and social media experience
