Meat Application Team Leader/ W-European Market (Permanent)

A leading food manufacturer in Europe specialized in Meat & Savoury, Dairy and Meal Solutions is looking for an Applications Team Leader to take on the Meat Application Team developing solutions for the Western European customers.

Due to the structural changes taking place within the company there is a Team Leader position available for someone with knowledge of the meat industry to take on the Meat Applications Team which makes it a perfect time to jump on board and to be a part of the growth process. This could lead to opening many interesting doors along the way.

The team leader will be responsible for application support with focus on meat processed applications like hams, cooked & fermented sausages, fresh sausages & burgers within the Western European market. The wide range of action will allow the applicant to communicate the customers' issues and help to find the best solutions for them building a strong network for the company, but also for professional enquiries in the future.

As the Applications Team Leader you would be directly in charge of 3 people, thriving them towards their goals on finding the best application solutions for the European market. This is also a chance to think about your future self - managing a small team gives you the experience to take on more managerial responsibilities in the future paving your way to a higher level managerial position. • Readiness to travel across Europe to meet clients
